How can I add a company to my existing EasyFiling account?

Managing multiple companies under one account in EasyFiling is simple and efficient. Follow the steps below to add and access your new company seamlessly.

1. Log in to Your Dashboard

Start by logging in to your EasyFiling account using your registered email address and password. This will take you to your main dashboard


2: Use the company switcher in the top-left corner to select your newly created company.


There are two options to add a company:

1. Register a New Company

If you want to create a new company, select “Register Company”, proceed to checkout, and provide the required information.

2. Add an Existing Company

If your company is currently with another provider, choose “Add Existing Company” to transfer it. Once the addition is complete, you can purchase a Registered Agent change or choose one of our bundle subscription plans for full compliance management.
