Step 1: Purchase Voice AI

Sign in to your EasyFiling account and open Voice AI.
Voice AI is available to everyone. You do not need to be an existing EasyFiling customer, and you do not need to have formed your company through us. If you already have an EasyFiling account, the service is added to the account you are already using.
Complete the purchase to activate the service.

Step 2: Receive Your $10 Free Credit

As soon as your purchase goes through, $10 of credit is added to your balance automatically.
There is no promo code to enter and nothing to claim. The credit is there when you open Voice AI for the first time, and your first calls and messages are paid for out of it.

Step 3: Choose Your U.S. Number

You will see a list of available U.S. numbers. Browse the list and select the one you want.
This becomes your dedicated business number. It belongs to your account and stays with you.
Numbers are assigned from a shared pool, so the list refreshes as numbers are taken. If you want a particular area code, choose early.

Step 4: Make Your First Call or Message

Once your number is assigned, you can start using it straight away:

• Call any U.S. number directly from your EasyFiling account
• Send a text message to any U.S. mobile number
• Receive incoming calls and messages on the same line

Everything you send and receive is kept together, so you can review your call history and message threads in one place.

Step 5: Decide Whether You Want the AI Agent

Handle with AI Agent lets an AI agent answer your incoming calls, using instructions and a knowledge base that you provide. It is useful when you are asleep, in another time zone, or simply busy.

What It Costs
