Every EasyFiling company gets one document template free, matched to its entity type. Additional templates are available on the Pro plan.

What You Get for Free

Every company on EasyFiling has access to the document template that matches its entity type, at no cost:

• An LLC gets the Operating Agreement template
• A C Corporation gets its matching formation document template

You can generate your document, export it as a PDF, and keep it in your document history.
The remaining templates — EIN Documents, NDA, Share Transfer, Lease Agreement, and Tax Forms — are marked Pro template until you upgrade.

Step 1: Open Docs AI

Sign in to your EasyFiling account and open Docs AI.
If you manage more than one company, check the company name shown at the top of the screen first. Docs AI fills documents using that company's details, so generating against the wrong company produces the wrong document.

Step 2: Choose a Template

The Templates section shows every available template as a card. Cards marked with a lock and the label Pro template require an upgrade; the rest are ready to use.
You can also use the search box to find a template by name.

Step 3: Generate Your Document

Select your template and click Generate.
Docs AI fills in what it already knows about your company and asks you for anything it does not have. Answer the guided questions, review your answers, and generate.

Step 4: Find It in Doc History

Generated documents appear in your document list on the Docs AI home screen, and in the Doc History tab.
Each document shows its template type, the date it was generated, and whether it is Signed or Unsigned.

Moving to Pro
