# EasyFiling–Cloudlaya Partner Program AWS Credit

If you register your company with EasyFiling and your startup is eligible for AWS credits, we can guide you in showing affiliation with a recognized startup incubator or enabling organization. This helps you obtain a partner portfolio code required for the AWS Activate program.
The Cloudlaya team will also assist you in creating your Activate profile and submitting the application.

||| Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to AWS’s final decision.

**Things to remember**
* There is **no** guarantee of receiving a 5,000 USD AWS credit or promo code.
* You must submit the AWS Activate application yourself.
* You need a valid startup and a professional website to be eligible
