# Docs AI Templates: Free and Pro

Docs AI templates are **matched to your company**. The template that fits your entity type is available free, and the rest of the library unlocks on the **Pro** plan.

## How Templates Are Matched to Your Company
Docs AI knows what kind of entity your company is, and each template adjusts to match your entity type and state requirements.
That means an LLC sees an operating agreement built for an LLC, and a corporation sees bylaws and formation documents built for a corporation. You are not picking from a generic list and hoping it fits.
You only see the template for your own entity type. The two are mutually exclusive: an LLC sees the **LLC** card, a corporation sees the **C-Corporation** card.

## What You Get Free
Your company-matched template, at no cost:
* **LLC** — the Operating Agreement, covering member information, capital, and management clauses
* **C-Corporation** — Bylaws & Formation, covering the documents a corporation needs to organise itself
On the free plan, the Docs AI templates area shows this as **Free · 1 template**. Every other card carries a lock and the label **Pro template**.

## What Pro Unlocks
Upgrading switches the templates area to **Pro** and unlocks the full library:

Yes. Many templates include optional clauses and editable sections, so you can add specific terms such as vesting schedules, officer authority, or ownership transfer rules.

## How to Upgrade
